ABOUT ME

I am based in the picturesque town of Shrewsbury in Shropshire and create my chocolates in my kitchen. I have 3 chief tasters my children Ella, Olly and Leo and they really are my inspiration for what I create. We all love chocolates and we are thoroughly enjoying my new journey for creating and tasting different flavours and designs. My daughter came up with the name Chocolicious and I am so proud of this. They are involved in many aspects of my chocolate business (except the making of course!) and often give me ideas and their honest opinions of my latest creations.

I have always loved chocolate and wanted to combine my love of the taste of chocolate with creating something eye catching that can be luxurious and fun.  I strive to get perfection every time and taste test everything…of course!  

I started my business in October 2018 and have spent my time perfecting different techniques and have learned a lot along the way, my dream is to make a successful business out of something I love and enjoy and my children can be a part of the journey with me.  I hope you enjoy tasting my creations as much as I have enjoyed creating them for you.
